One-on-One Chat upgraded → multi-platform Service Center
The all-new Service Center for 2024 is here. It supports multiple platforms, offers more powerful distribution features and a greatly improved management interface, and even has an app, so you can manage customer relationships anytime.
At the same time, One-on-One Chat will be discontinued on and fully upgraded to Service Center.
Here are the three highlights of the upgraded Service Center:
Support for Facebook Messenger and LINE
Omnichannel Social CRM has always been OakMega's goal, so we decided to integrate Messenger into Service Center with exactly the same experience as LINE! With OakMega Service Center, you can manage 1 LINE official account and multiple Facebook Messenger accounts at the same time.

The OakMega app at your fingertips
Besides using Service Center on your computer, you can also use it in the OakMega app, along with many advanced features such as assigning to other agents and viewing declined service messages. You can even search for specific members directly in the app, making management much easier, and every feature is fully in sync with Service Center on desktop.

In the app, you can also manage messages from multiple platforms directly, keeping up all your relationships on your phone anytime.

Stronger auto-distribution rules
A service team may handle many kinds of service requests, or different agents may handle different platforms, so powerful auto-distribution rules are needed to distribute every service message properly. In OakMega Service Center, you can flexibly adjust how service messages are distributed based on "Scope" and "Shift hours", creating a structure that fully matches your service organization.
