Notebooks on the member card: Keep the full context of every interaction

As you contact a member more often, interaction details tend to end up scattered, making them harder to find and follow up on later.

The new Notebooks feature lets you create as many notes as you need, keeping a timeline of every contact, follow-up item and important remark. Whether for sales follow-ups, team collaboration or handovers, everyone can get up to speed instantly and follow-ups go more smoothly.
