FB / IG / WhatsApp Chatbot 3.0: Three platforms upgraded

Following the launch of LINE Chatbot 3.0, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp have all been upgraded to 3.0 too.

Multi-level folders keep your keyword chatbots better organized, and more complete trigger time slot and period settings let you set up every kind of trigger condition in advance, whether for flash sales, holiday campaigns or everyday service replies, so they run automatically at the specified times.

Improvements

• Adjusted the chart styles in some features
• Tag Management in version 2.0 has been retired, and its features have fully moved to the 3.0 admin console
