File download permissions: Control data access for each member

You can now set File Download Permission for each member, with three levels. Exclude Personal Info lets a member download all files while automatically hiding personally identifiable information, striking a balance between putting data to use and protecting member privacy.

Personally identifiable information includes: real name, email, gender, birthday, age, phone number and address

App member card: Notebooks

When you're contacting members on the go or need to add a record right away, you can now add notes from the app to record what you discussed with the member, follow-up items and important remarks, so member information and follow-up records can be viewed and updated anytime.

Improvements

• Some message types in app posts now support Insert Link, so you can directly select deep links, chatbot links, form links and more without copying and pasting by hand

• In some cases, searching for a member name didn't display search results correctly
