Take your service to the next level: New manager pages and features in the app

Now it's not just agents who can use the OakMega app. Managers can also use many of their advanced features in the app, such as assigning to other agents, viewing declined service messages and even searching for specific members. This makes management much easier and is fully in sync with Service Center on desktop.

Improvements

• Tags can be sorted on the member card in the app's Service Center
• Text can be copied in the app's Service Center chat room
• Images and stickers can be sent in the app's Service Center chat room
• Links can be clicked in the app's Service Center chat room
• The app's Service Center can search by member name or platform ID
