Service forms: handle requests instantly and serve right away

Service forms are an evolution of questionnaires. After a form is filled in, a message appears in Live Chat in the service chat room (shown as a message in the admin console only; it doesn't send a LINE message on the friend's behalf), and the member's status automatically switches to "Open", reminding agents to handle the customer's request or feedback right away.

Download Audience Groups: the last mile from LINE to ads

Email data from forms, LINE profiles or any other channel into the admin console can now be packaged and exported. Whether for specific tags or all members, you can freely download Audience Groups to use on other platforms for remarketing.
