In this upgrade, we adjusted some filter fields and added 5 all-new filter fields and more than 40 filter operators. You can also filter by tagging time, and search custom fields (Enterprise only), greatly enhancing advanced filter.

In this upgrade, we adjusted some filter fields and added 5 all-new filter fields and more than 40 filter operators (see the detailed changes here). You can also filter by tagging time, and search custom fields (Enterprise only), greatly enhancing advanced filter.

We also ran thorough user experience research and refined the UI. Besides making basic operations easier, we built group filters that are easier to understand and more clearly structured, giving the whole filter interface a noticeable boost in readability, usability and extensibility.

We also improved the flow for the most complex part, "Saved Filters", adding many features that make management and editing easier and greatly simplifying the steps and learning curve.

Q & A

- **Will my existing saved filters be affected?**
  After launch, existing saved filters will be converted to the new saved filters. Apart from some removed conditions, saved filters won't be affected.
- **What happens to the removed filter fields?**
  The filter fields removed this time were used by very few users or can be replaced by others, and they can't be used after the update. If these fields are stored in saved filters, the system automatically replaces the replaceable ones during conversion. Those that can't be replaced are removed from the filter, and you'll be notified by email.
- **Will One-on-One Chat filters and member journey conditions be updated too?**
  No, neither of these will be updated this time.
