Form "Birthday", "Date" and "Time" question types: 2 input methods are supported

To fit different date-entry situations, you can now freely set different input methods to make filling in smoother for users!

Date input methods

Pop-up picker: good for recent dates or times

Picker on the form

Manual keyboard input: good for dates or times further in the past

Improvements

Form "description sections" and "page breaks" can be renamed (names are only for identification in the admin console and don't affect the actual form)
The member get member module supports multiple languages
Improved the style of some components
