Improvements

• When viewing a PDF on an approved page on a phone or tablet, it opens in a new tab to prevent the page from crashing
• Added a * mark to "required questions" in OakMega forms to make them easier to spot when filling in
• Improved the style of "single-choice questions" in OakMega forms so the selected state is clearer

Fixes

• The international phone format might cause an error the first time an OakMega form was filled in
• Pie charts in analytics couldn't display correctly in certain situations
