## LINE messages

When you create LINE messages in Post Article, Template Management or a chatbot, each message format has these asset specs.

| Flex message (action buttons, 3 side by side) | JPG, JPEG, PNG | 10 MB | 600 x 600px | Displayed at 1:1; if the size doesn't match, the image is scaled proportionally and centered, with the extra space left blank |
| Flex message (action button, single) | JPG, JPEG, PNG | 10 MB | 260 x 87px | Displayed at 3:1; if the size doesn't match, the image is scaled proportionally and centered, with the extra space left blank |
| Carousel (image) | JPG, JPEG, PNG | 10 MB | 1040 x 1040px | Shown at the image's original ratio, never cropped; use the same image size on every page of a message |
| Carousel (Dynamic Image) | APNG (file extension must be .png) | 300 KB | 1040 x 1040px | Files with a .apng extension can't be uploaded; save them as .png |
| Image carousel | JPG, JPEG, PNG | 10 MB | 1040 x 1040px | Shown at the image's original ratio, never cropped; use the same size for every image in a message |
| Video / Rich video | MP4 | 200 MB | — | H.264 encoding is recommended. Videos not encoded in H.264 are converted automatically if they're 40 MB or smaller; over 40 MB, they can't be uploaded |

## Facebook and Instagram messages

When you create a Facebook or Instagram carousel, the image specs are as follows.

| Facebook carousel | JPG, JPEG, PNG | 10 MB | 1080 x 576px | Cropped automatically to fit the ratio if the size doesn't match |
| Instagram carousel | JPG, JPEG, PNG | 10 MB | 1080 x 1080px | If the size doesn't match, the image is scaled proportionally and centered, with the extra space left blank |

## Comment reply bots

When a Facebook comment reply bot replies to a comment with **Image Reply**, the image specs are as follows (Instagram comment reply bots can only reply with text).

## Richmenus

LINE Richmenu images have size requirements; images that don't meet them can't be uploaded.
