## Quoted replies in Service Center - Make every answer easy to follow

When a member asks several questions at once, it can be hard to tell which one a reply addresses. You can now quote a specific message in Service Center, giving members clear context and reducing the need for back-and-forth clarification.

The video shows the reply preview with the original message quoted.

## Improvements

* Post Article now supports searching by post name. Find the post you need with a keyword and save time browsing through pages.
