## Rich menu upgraded to 3.0: Free-form layouts and menu switching

The 3.0 rich menu gives you more flexible settings. Default and segmented rich menus are now on the same page, so all menu information is managed in one place and is easier to find and set up.

Content settings add a **Free layout** option: draw tap areas directly on the image and adjust their position and size freely, without being limited to a fixed grid. Tap actions can also **Switch menu** directly, with no postback needed. Members tap and the menu switches, making both setup and the member experience smoother!

## Improvements

* Improved the Comment Reply Bot editor, which now uses the all-new message editor
