## Notebooks on the member card: Keep the full context of every interaction

As you contact a member more often, interaction details tend to end up scattered, making them harder to find and follow up on later.

The new **Notebooks** feature lets you create as many notes as you need, keeping a timeline of every contact, follow-up item and important remark. Whether for sales follow-ups, team collaboration or handovers, everyone can get up to speed instantly and follow-ups go more smoothly.
