## Blacklist 3.0: Cut down on unnecessary interactions

Adding a member to the blacklist blocks interactions the system initiates, such as LINE post articles, member journeys and chatbots, while keeping the member's data and service conversation history. It's a good way to control messaging costs and focus your marketing resources on more valuable members.
