## Member Management 3.0: Upgraded for every platform

Following the launch of OakMega Member Management (all platforms), LINE, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp Member Management have each been upgraded to 3.0 as well!

You can now configure and manage members separately for each platform. Features such as **Change Rich Menu** (in batch), **Export Audience Package**, and importing a CSV to tag members in batch are available only on the **LINE Member Management** page.
